- In these Terms and Conditions, the terms 'ticket holder', 'attendee', and 'purchaser' shall refer to You, the individual purchasing the tickets for the Event. Conversely, the terms 'our', 'us', 'we', 'issuer', 'provider', and similar terms shall indicate Transformational Product Services Ltd, the Organizer of the Event.
- By choosing to purchase tickets for the Event, you are deemed to have accepted our terms of use. If you have any concerns or objections regarding any of the clauses outlined below, or if you disagree with the risk allocations described herein, we kindly request that you refrain from purchasing tickets.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend, revise or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the Organiser (www.petersage.com). These changes will apply retroactively from the date of ticket purchase for the Event.
- The price of the Event tickets is non-negotiable.
- Should you find yourself unable to attend the Event on a specific date(s) due to unforeseen circumstances such as travel delays, federal regulations, weather-related problems, emergencies, or any other unavoidable situations, we regret to inform you that no refunds or future credits will be granted.
- If the Event is canceled partially or in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer has the sole and absolute right to reschedule the event.
- If the Event is canceled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the Organizer, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.
- If the event cannot be rescheduled, the Organizer reserves the right to provide alternative options, such as a virtual event or ticket credit for a future event or program.
- In the case of a rescheduled or virtual event, tickets will remain valid, and attendees will be notified of the new arrangements.
- If attendees are unable to attend the rescheduled event or virtual event, ticket credit can be held for a future event or used towards a program.
- It is strongly advised by the Organizer that the ticket holder obtains travel insurance to safeguard against any potential losses related to flights, transfers, accommodations, or other associated arrangements.
- The Organizer cannot be held accountable for any such losses and will not assume any liability in this regard.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable. The Organizer will not issue refunds and no exceptional cases will be considered. However, the ticket value can be transferred to a future event or used as credit against any of the Peter Sage programs. To transfer the ticket to another event or programme, please contact support@petersage.com.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee behaving inappropriately or violating the event rules and regulations. Attendees must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by event staff or officials.
- Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event and must comply with all health and safety protocols and guidelines provided by the Organizer, venue, or relevant authorities.
The Organizer, venue, and associated parties shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event. Attendees acknowledge that participation in the event is voluntary and assume all risks associated with attendance.
- Photography, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event, and attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
- All intellectual property rights related to the event, including but not limited to branding, logos, and event materials, are the property of the Organizer and may not be used without prior written consent.
- By voluntarily purchasing Event tickets, you acknowledge that you have made the decision of your own accord. Therefore, you agree not to initiate any chargeback claims or disputes against the credit card/debit card provider used for the transaction. Additionally, any refund, return, or cancellation requests beyond those explicitly stated will not be considered or accommodated.
- In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction where the Event takes place.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
